How It Works

Three steps from tap to mastery

1

Pick a table

Open the Table Map and tap any unlocked times table — 1× through 12× — or Mixed Practice once you've cleared a few.

2

Catch the answers

Equations fall from the top of a four-column grid. Tap the matching product before it hits the floor. Miss one? A rescue answer drops in to save it.

3

Earn your stars

Clear all 12 facts with the fewest mistakes for three stars. Beat the round to unlock the next table.

Two Ways to Play

Sequential mastery or freestyle drill — same arcade rush

Standard

Tables 1× to 12×

Sequential unlock. Clear table N to open table N+1. Per-table best stars and best score save automatically.

  • 12 facts per round, two correct hits to master each one
  • Five hearts to start; earn one back every four facts mastered
  • 3★ for a flawless run, 2★ for ≤2 mistakes, 1★ otherwise
  • Adaptive fall speed — faster when you're on fire, slower when you stumble
  • Combo streaks fire off "ON FIRE!", "UNSTOPPABLE!", "LEGENDARY!" milestones
  • Best score and stars persist between sessions
Mixed Practice

All Tables Together

Unlocks after two tables cleared. Weighted toward your most-recent learning edge plus your weakest facts.

  • 60% pulled from your most-recently-cleared table
  • 40% drawn from earlier tables, weighted by your miss-rate
  • Same arcade pacing — hazard cards, rescues, combo streaks
  • Separate best score and stars for Mixed Practice
  • Spaced repetition under the hood — no settings to fiddle
  • Built for Year-4 MTC prep and ongoing retention

Meet the Hazards

Six space targets, six ways to break your concentration

Alien

Flicker

The × stays solid; the factors take turns vanishing. A working-memory test in real time.

Rogue Planet

Mirrored

The equation arrives flipped left-to-right. Read it backwards before the floor reads you.

UFO

Fade

The text fades all the way to invisible and back. Wait for the visible moment.

Asteroid

Wobble

The card rotates ±8° on a loop. Read through the spin.

Comet

Pong

The equation text bounces left↔right inside the card. Catch it mid-flight.

Meteor

Heartbeat

Card scales bigger while the text scales smaller. Antiphase breathing — focus through the chaos.

Clear a hazard card and the target flies off to the score — plus +5 bonus points.

Game Elements

The systems that make every round feel alive

🛟

Dead Block Rescue

Miss an equation and it becomes a dead block — a cyan rescue answer falls later in the same column to save it.

❤️

Hearts & Restores

Start with five hearts. Master every fourth fact and a heart restores — milestone audio confirms it.

🔥

Combo Streaks

Five correct in a row triggers "ON FIRE!" — combos build up to "GODLIKE!" with a particle slam.

🏆

Target Trophy Flight

Clear a hazard card and the target zooms across the screen into your score. +5 bonus and very satisfying.

First-Time Mastery

A toast pops the first time you crack a brand-new fact. Capped at three per round so it never spams.

🎵

Ambient Score

A slow A-minor synth pad loops under play. Thirteen named SFX — including a "diabolus in musica" tritone — react to every move.
